This company provides a range of services including development of personal brands and content creating - as  content creator myself. I am dedicated to taking time with each client to deliver the best results. 

BOOKING AND PAYMENT

In order to secure your booking, a non refundable cost is required. This includes the price of your chosen service plus travel costs. (costs will vary according to the location of the booking). After your 1-1 consultation, you will receive an invoice for said service and cost breakdown and contract form and payment details. The full amount can be paid prior or on the same date as service period. If the payment is not received for the deposit, then your booking will not be confirmed. Booking with us confirms your consent for us to post the pictures we take of you on our platform. If you have any concerns or wish to discuss this further, please feel free to reach out to us.

TRAVEL & COSTS

If you are booking a service that includes a choice of location, you'll need to finalise your ideas between the time of your 1-1 consultation and when you finalise your booking. This will allow time to arrange transport to get to and from the location of your shoot. Please bear in mind that if your location is a fair distance from where I am based, there will be a charge for the transportation of my services. All costs will be added onto the invoice you recieve when finalising your booking.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

After receiving your confirmation email/message, there will be a 48 hour window to cancel your booking. You can contact me through my email (christianamartey2002@gmail.com) or message me directly on my mobile number (these details will be provided on your invoice). However if you decide to cancel after the 48 hour window, you will only be able to receive the amount after a deduction of deposit is taken of your initial payment.

COPYRIGHT AND USAGE RIGHTS

All content created by @JG Visuals will be sent over with a watermark. If this watermark is removed whilst posting on social media platforms it is classed as copyright. (For whatever reason you would like to remove this watermark there will be a small fee of £10).

SOME IMPORTANT INFO

We would like to provide clarity on our delivery timelines to ensure a smooth experience.

For our NEXT/SAME DAY service, please note that if this option has not been selected and paid for, the standard processing time is 3-7 working days from the date your pictures are submitted. If, after 7 working days, you have not received your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us for an update.

It’s important to mention that I tend to edit orders in the sequence they are received, unless the express service has been specifically paid for. Rest assured, your order will be processed within the designated time frame.

OVERALL AGREEMENT

This agreement highlights the terms and conditions between the client and I. These terms and conditions are subject to change and this company holds the right to make changes to these T&Cs.
